If something doesn't feel right, we want to make it right.
Our policy
- Damaged or wrong item: free replacement, no return needed. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a new one.
- Unopened products: 30-day satisfaction window. Email us first and we'll share return instructions. Return shipping is on you, and there's no restocking fee.
- Opened products: case-by-case. Tell us what didn't work and we'll figure it out together.
- Exchanges: we're happy to swap for something else, as long as the new items are equal or lower in value than your original order. One exchange per order. Email us and we'll set it up.
How to start
Email team@ouvalabs.com with your order number and a quick note about what's up. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions, then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
