Who you're agreeing with

These terms are a contract between you and 3point41 Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"), which owns and operates the Ouva Labs brand and the ouvalabs.com website. References to "Ouva Labs" in these terms mean 3point41 Ventures LLC acting through its Ouva Labs brand. Our registered business address is 3point41 Ventures LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Acceptance of terms

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase dietary supplements from us. If you're under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's involvement. The site is not directed at children under 13.

Account-less browsing

We don't run customer accounts on this site. You can shop and check out as a guest. Shopify creates an order record at checkout so we can fulfill your order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We confirm orders by email. We may cancel and refund any order if pricing turns out wrong, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. We don't guarantee that every product or feature on the site will always be available.

Dietary supplement disclaimer

Use of the site

You agree not to scrape the site, access it through automated means without our permission, attack or probe its security, impersonate Ouva Labs, or use it in ways that violate the law. We agree to keep the site running, fast, and safe to the extent reasonable.

Intellectual property

3point41 Ventures LLC owns the Ouva Labs brand name, logo, copy, photography, label designs, ritual concepts, site code, and other content on this site, except where attributed otherwise. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials without our written permission.

Trademarks

Third-party links and services

We link to and integrate with third parties: Shopify for catalog and checkout, Formspree for form submissions, social channels for community. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the site and products is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3point41 Ventures LLC and its Ouva Labs brand are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3point41 Ventures LLC, its Ouva Labs brand, and their respective members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if we believe you're misusing it or violating these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will proceed in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where arbitration applies (see below).

Dispute resolution

We'd rather sort things out by email first. If you have a complaint, write to team@ouvalabs.com and we'll work to resolve it within 30 days.

If we can't resolve it informally, you and 3point41 Ventures LLC agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Delaware unless we agree on a different location. Each party waives the right to bring or participate in a class action against the other.

Force majeure

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier disruptions, internet outages, public health events, and acts of government.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy, and returns policy, are the full agreement between you and 3point41 Ventures LLC about your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version was published. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
