Hot flashes are quieter and sleep is steadier after three months, both expected. Skin is the surprise. At 54 the texture looks like it did a few years ago and Im wearing less foundation.
ten weeks on mom mode. the mom brain noise has quieted enough that im not mentally running through tomorrows schedule during dinner. small but real.
bought this figuring it would do nothing honestly, ive tried a couple botanical things that didnt do much. night sweats were the thing for me. i was up two or three times soaked and now its maybe once. took a good month though so dont expect anything fast, you just have to stay on it every day. moods been a bit steadier too but sleep is what i actually noticed.
keep this on my nightstand now. when i wake up hot i swipe some on the back of my neck and chest and it cools things down fast enough that i can get back to sleep. doesnt feel greasy or stain the sheets either.
Im a pelvic floor PT and Ive been looking for a postpartum stack to recommend to clients. The replenish ritual covers iron, omega, collagen, and the hair piece in one box which is honestly the gap most postpartum moms have. Six weeks on it myself and the shed is noticeably slowing. Will be telling my clients.
27 weeks. switched to rhythm from another brand at week 16 because the capsules were giving me reflux in second tri. these are smaller and easier to take with food. no weird burps no aftertaste. my OB checked and the folate form is what she wanted.
Foundation chapter mom checking in. been on the prepare ritual two cycles now. cycle is more predictable and my morning routine actually feels intentional instead of guessing what supplements i need. partner says i seem less stressed about it all which i didnt realize was showing.
Two months on the vivid energy ritual. The 3pm wall I used to hit between school pickup and dinner is just gone. I dont know if its the mom mode or the magnesium part of the bundle. Probably both. Im sleeping deeper at night and my mood is more steady. Husband noticed before I told him I was taking anything.
the prepare ritual is great and Ive been on it for two cycles now. only knocking a star because some of the capsules are a little big for me, i have to take them with a full glass of water. tastewise no aftertaste though which is nice. love that everything comes together.
I had given up on supplements honestly. Got the replenish ritual after my second baby because the brain fog at 4pm was unreal, i would forget what i was saying mid sentence. Three weeks in and im actually remembering what i walked into the kitchen for. Worth every penny for the whole bundle, the individual pieces would cost way more.
I tried building my own stack from individual bottles for months and it was chaos. Just got the vivid energy ritual instead and everything ships together, lasts the same time, and the creamer in my morning coffee makes it feel less like medicine. 4 months in. Energy stays even, nails noticeably stronger.
I want to be honest here. The first 3-4 weeks of the replenish ritual I did not feel much different. Around week 6 the clarity kicked in for real and the hair started growing back. So it works, just slower than the website implies. Would still buy the bundle again now that I know.
the vivid energy ritual is what i wish someone had told me about a year ago. one box, four things, all of them actually doing something. one scoop of magnesium before bed, mom mode in the morning, creamer with my coffee. its less to think about than i expected.
Vanilla is great but Id love a chocolate version. Mixes well in hot coffee, a little less great in iced. Otherwise no complaints, my coffee feels more like an actual ritual now and not just caffeine.
On my third pregnancy and Ive used three different prenatal stacks across them. The prepare ritual is the only one that didnt make me nauseous in the first trimester. The capsules are small enough to actually swallow when everything feels off, the folate form is the one my OB recommended, and the omega is in there too so i dont have to remember a separate bottle. Telling all my friends.
Postpartum shed hit me hard around month 4. I was finding clumps in the shower drain and my ponytail was half its normal thickness. Got the replenish ritual after a friend swore by it and around 8 weeks the shed slowed way down. New growth coming in at my hairline now. Worth it for the bundle price honestly.
The vivid energy ritual is solid overall. Magnesium tastes mild, mom mode is the standout. The only reason its 4 not 5 is the scoop for the magnesium is tiny and the powder gets static-y so it sticks to the side of the jar. Minor but worth flagging. Sleep itself is way better.
Bought the full vivid energy ritual. Energy has been more even, no afternoon crash, and the mental clarity is the part I notice most when I skip a day. The bottles arrive together and the packaging actually looks nice sitting on my counter which sounds shallow but matters when you see it every morning.
I started the second spring ritual during early perimeno. Hot flashes have lessened, not gone, but noticeably less. Wish I had started earlier honestly. The bottles in the bundle could be a bit smaller for travel, thats my only gripe.
